What you need:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • water
  • Pistachio pudding mix instant
  • handful of walnut chips
  • semi sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 container cool whip
  • 2 tbsp margarine
Mix cake per the directions on the box, add walnuts and chocolate chips and mix till all moistened, use about 2 tbsp of margarine and grease bottom and up the sides of crock pot

In a crock pot mix pistachio and sour cream and I added a little water and cool whip, once all mixed spread over bottom  as shown

Pour cake mixture over it and set on high for approximately 3 hours. When a toothpick comes out clean its done, Use a wide spatula and scoop out of crock pot Voila  its done.

This is the pudding bottom

my hubby has already ate most of it
The pudding keeps it very moist you can use any flavor you wish. The nuts give it some crunch, and you can frost it with any can frosting or a dab of cool whip or eat it plain. The chocolate chips give it just enough sweet taste. The minis work the best. :) Serve it warm or with a scoop of ice cream....
